Rishi Yoga Center is one of the perfect places to study and practice the science of Yoga and Ayurveda. With the training you will get the benefits for life, Yogi's have been praying for which centuries in the himalayas.

Rishi Yoga center is situated in a peaceful town in high mountains of Himalaya, all around the beauty of the nature (springs, lakes, high mountains ) gives you the best energy for health.

The purpose of centre is to spread the knowledge of yoga to the mankind improving beings from all over the world so that afterwards they can spread this Himalayan yogic light in each corner of the world.

Rishi Yoga centre is the perfect place where you can come and a enjoy the beauty of the Himalayas and experience the lively art of yogic practice from the Himalayan masters.

This course is based on Patanjali Ashtanga yoga (Himalayan traditional yoga style) and Hatha yoga.


Daily Programme Activities

Every Morning : at 6 am, gathering for a meditation in the hall.

Meditation : 6:15 am to 7 am

Warming exercise : 7 am to 8:30 am

Yoga class : 8 am to 10 am

Yoga Nidra relaxation : 10 am to 11 am

Theoretical lecture : 11 to 12 pm (bring your copy and pen )

 

Lecture for ayurvedic diet/ philosophy/yoga

Lunch break : 12 to 2 pm

Rest : 2 pm to 4 pm

Intensive yoga practice : 4 pm to 6 pm

Relaxation : 6 to 6:30 pm

Little break for tea

Evening meditation : 6 to7 pm

The program includes : Music meditation - Relaxation meditation - kundalini meditation - chanting prayer

Dinner : 8 to 10 pm
